It seems too early to accept the prevailing impression outside Saudi Arabia that the Kingdom has succeeded in overcoming the repercussions of the Arab Spring, after its adoption of an unprecedented policy of internal spending. It is difficult to take this seeming success for-granted in the medium and long term at least
