Israel has recently witnessed a mass protest movement, unprecedented in its history, calling for the introduction of a radical change of priorities directing the policies of Netanyahu's government toward the Israeli public and an urgent solution to the economic and social crises that have burdened Israelis, especially the increase in prices and taxes relative to the low wages that people are receiving.
