African Borders and Secession in International Law

This book seeks to explain the nature of the current political borders of African countries, follows how they were delineated, and explains the impact of the African countries’ recognition of the inviolability of the inherited borders, respecting the status quo and preventing their re-demarcation for the security and stability of African countries. The book also outlines the laws relating to the separation of regions and their application in Africa.
