The Cost of non-Completion of the Arab Maghreb Union

This book deals with the political, economic, social and educational cost of the absence of the Maghreb Union, in as far as the failure to build a Maghreb axis may not overshadow the historical causes and the strategic and political features that govern the logic of the prevailing international system. This in turn may expand the area of understanding and free the mind from a mechanical reading of the causes of failure.
