Public Diplomacy and the Formation of a National Theme

This study deals with what has come to be known among many politicians, journalists and those interested in public affairs, as the “Qatari role” and the role of “Al Jazeera” in the political and media scenes at the regional and international levels. This preoccupation with the Qatar phenomenon is not only restricted to political circles in the Arab and regional media, but also the corresponding circles in the United States, Europe and the Far East are following the “the Qatari phenomenon” with interest.
