Al Jazeera Centre for Studies is organizing a symposium on the occasion of the third anniversary of the outbreak of the Libyan Revolution. The symposium discusses the internal and external challenges that hinder the course of the revolution, and reviews the strategies of the key actors, and explores future prospects in light of the security threats and the political and economic challenges facing the country.
Researchers, media representatives and other stakeholders interested in the Libyan affairs are taking part in this symposium. Dr.Mustafa Abu Shakor former deputy Prime Minister of Libya, Mr. Sanusi Bsekari a writer and political analyst, and Mr. Ahmed Almgni a Libyan writer and media man will be key speakers.
The symposium will be held at the theater of Al-Jazeera Center for Training and Development, at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, February 18, 2014, and will be broadcasted live on Al-Jazeera Direct.
